at the moment only 2 oto cat fishes are there.. Most probably will add some fishes next weekend.. But first need to decide what to keep in this tank.. any suggestions guys...

Dada, but for Native badis feeding issues will be there...obviously the dark blue ones and the scarlets would look good, but feeding remains an issue... :( I had a hard time with them in the planted tank and finally had to move them to a separate tank... prob is wen you feed tubi and half of the worms dissappear beneath the plants... :|

however, native dwarf golden barbs might look good, I dont know the name correctly but this fish has got 2-3 black marks towards the "pith"/dorsal area... :) looks good, travel together and dont grow big...and evn eats dry foods like optimum.

Wanted to share an update with you all..though not related to this tank..last time when I ripped of the Monte Carlo from this tank, I had made a small emersed culture of Monte Carlo in some cold drink bottle halves..and in 3 weeks Monte Carlo has made a carpet..if anyone is interested I can share some..

AA quick day 20 update..I am pruning this tank every week..have changes few plants..will do some more changes in the coming weeks.. In terms of fauna, have added some englers guppy and a dozen of threadfin rainbows...

you mean from scratch?? :-? Have not calculated like that...Its an old setup..just added some stem plants and new fishes.. That cost is within 3K.
