Yes I am going to ask about the light??
I think you have done some type of fine adjustment to fit on the tank glass..........
It looks really great.......... :ymapplause:
I am also thinking about a 1' or 1.5' cube. So please share more details about the light......... :)

I guess these lights come with the default clamp to fit in the glass. Soumadip can tell you the exact price and wattage but I feel it will suffice for a low tech 12" cube.

Thumbs up for the great tank Soumadip!

it is a 4 watt led lamp.... i got it from one of the moderators who had a spare :D
i think you can get them for 500 or 600 bucks from any aquarium shop.....
the light is not too great... so i dont think you can grow too many plants with it but works fine for low light demanding plants
should be fine for a 1/ 1.5 ft cube....as you can see from the pics

For 4W light its expensive.
But good for aesthetics.
40W at that price would be great...

LEDs are expensive, but their luminosity is far higher than any other. Don't count your watts per gallon rule for LEDs, it ain't applicable
