Hi,

This is for a planted aquarium. I have a donated Eheim 250 classic. Will that suffice?

I think I would need to clarify here. Looking around at plantations done, let me correct myself. The plantations would be really light with emphasis on having open space.

Now considering that 2213 is not sufficient. Please suggest a combination or alternative.

Thanks.

If you already have it you can use it with other filters, say an HOB or top filter and and a power head for required flow.

Yes , if you don't have budget issues or add a Chinese canister filter of Sunsun along with your existing filter

Will HW 304b suffice? I don't have budget issue but I do have space issue. Hence need something that would really take care.

I have read bad review for 2217 as well and hence am skeptical. Either ways its damn expensive.
